Installation Kit #1 is included at no extra cost when you buy pre-cut window film for more than SEK 1,000 or a window film package for all rear windows. One kit is included per order when either of these conditions is met.

How the kit makes installation easier

The spray bottle and FilmApp concentrate help you distribute the installation fluid evenly across the film and glass.
Easier positioning
The installation fluid allows you to move the film into the correct position before squeegeeing out the fluid.
Smoother installation
The installation squeegee helps you remove fluid and lay the film evenly against the glass.
Cleaning and fine adjustment
The kit also includes cleaning cloths, a knife, TintGel™ and accessories to help you throughout the installation.
NANOCERAMIC TECHNOLOGY
Highly effective – virtually invisible on glass
Ultra Performance Plus is one of Solar Gard's speciality films. Advanced nanoceramic technology combines high light transmission with effective infrared and heat reduction for a cooler, more comfortable driving experience.
The film reduces incoming solar heat by 45% while keeping the view bright and clear. Its subtle light blue tint produces a discreet finish close to the natural appearance of automotive glass.
The high level of infrared and heat reduction can reduce heat inside the car by up to 22%. The effect in the cabin varies depending on factors such as the glass, solar exposure and which windows are fitted with film.

What do 20% and 80% mean?
Here, 20% refers to the tint level, while 80% VLT refers to visible light transmission. This is therefore a light window film that allows a large proportion of visible light to pass through.
The window's final appearance and light transmission also depend on the vehicle's existing glass and any factory tint.
INSTALLATION
Professional film with a permanent adhesive
The film is applied to the inside of the glass using installation fluid. Curved windows normally require heat shrinking to achieve a smooth finish. Thorough cleaning and correct installation are essential for the result.
